Stainless Steel Balustrade Design & Cost

According to architectural design software, the balustrade can be easily divided into four parts: column, panel, beam and fittings. The stainless steel material is a modern balustrade design in Australia Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, etc.

The column is named post or pillar, made by stainless steel solid bar or hollow tube. The manufacturing process is laser cutting, welding, and polish.

The stainless steel round(Φ38.10/42.40/50.80mm), square(40×40,50x50mm) and slotted(40×40,50x50mm) tube is three balustrades post material, the tube wall thickness is 1.2/1.5/2.0/3.0mm. The vertical high is recommended less than 1000mm by Australian Standard AS1926.1-2007/ AS1288 & AS1926.

The balustrade post base fangers can be installed with horizontal, inclined or side mount floors.

Stainless Steel Balustrade Panels

The balustrade panel material can be stainless steel wire, bar/tube or toughened glass, connected with a post by balustrade fittings like glass clamp, brackets.  

Stainless Steel Balustrade Handrail Tube

The beam is on the top of the balustrade. The cap rails are round, square, slotted or other irregular shapes . The material can be stainless steel, timber or other synthetic material. 

Stainless Steel Balustrade Fittings

The handrail tube should be connected with post by different stainless steel balustrade fittings, like short or adjustable adapter, flush fittings, end caps, bracket, etc.
